After I wrote this guest post for Nicole, "fear means go" has turned into my new mantra. For my MMM I am doing my best to integrate this simple phrase into every part of my day.

I love that phrase "fear means go." How true and empowering. It's a shame when fear holds us back but amazing when we realize we don't have to let it affect us and we let go. :)
